How do I prepare for the test?
Depending on the test, fasting or avoiding certain foods and medications may be required. Detailed preparation instructions are provided with each test kit.
How do I choose the right test for my requirements?

Can I order tests on behalf of someone else?
Yes, you can. The order is not linked to the person taking the test, so you may place the order in your own name even if someone else will be submitting the sample.
When the person receives the kit, they will be guided to register it using the Test-ID found on the code card inside the box. It is important that the person taking the test registers it under their own name.
You can pay safely and easily with instalments via Qliro, card payment, or mobile payment through Apple Pay or Google Pay. Choose the option that suits you best for a simple and secure checkout.
How secure is my personal information?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, provided your order has not yet been dispatched, we can assist you with cancelling or amending it. Please contact us using the form or the chat icon in the bottom left corner, and we’ll help you immediately.
Are there any age restrictions for ordering tests?
Some tests are not recommended for children or elderly people. You can read more about age guidelines here
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer delivery via UPS, DHL and more. The available options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
I forgot to collect my parcel from the locker, what happens now?
If you chose delivery to a locker and forgot to collect it, the package will be returned to us. It may take up to 1–3 weeks for us to receive it. Once it arrives, we will log it as returned and refund your payment, unless we have agreed otherwise. Read more here
